Artist Information

THE WHEELAND BROTHERS are Southern California surfers who grew up where the concrete meets the sand. Their playful pursuit of life invites listeners to join in on the stoke, all the while blending infectious good-time-energy with peaceful introspection. Their sound is a signature blend of surf rock, reggae, hip hop and acoustic pop. The Wheeland Brothers have burst onto the national music scene with their album Pacific Vibration. They've become fan-favorites and mainstays on Sirius XM's No Shoes Radio as well as Sirius XM's Radio Margaritaville where their single "Song To The Sun" was the most played song of the summer 2022 on both stations and was added to coveted playlists on both Spotify and Amazon. The band has performed with peers ranging from311 and Slightly Stoopid to Donavon Frankenreiter and Michael Franti. They've also performed at Meeting Of The Minds, Tortuga Music Festival, Kaaboo Del Mar, and were personally picked by Kenny Chesney to play the Nashville kick off to his 2022 summer tour. As a headliner, they pack out venues from Coach House in SoCal to Guanabanas in Florida and Big Chill Beach Club in Delaware.

TROLL TRIBE was formed over the course of three years, as five musicians came together through fate and serendipity. These five musicians quickly became friends, and today call themselves a family. Their love and passion for the music and each other shows in their songs and on stage where they bring a positive vibe and a lot of fun to every performance.

So, what does Troll Tribe sound like? Think of if The Red Hot Chili Peppers were into blues and reggae but kept the funk - you’d be close. While heavily Reggae/Ska influenced, it’s an alternative groove sound that is versatile enough to bring anyone to the dance floor. The lyrics are thoughtful and strive to deliver the band’s truths. The message is simple; good vibes only. They play what they feel and love who they play it for. Their music is about communicating their collaborative passion with everyone.

As the band continues to write new music with new sounds, they are working towards growing their community into a tribe all its own, and share in the love of music and good times.
